I was 15 in the picture on the left and obviously never touched a weight in my life. It was about 6 months after that picture was taken that I joined a gym and began researching and trying to find the best diet and the best routine. That proved to be much more difficult than I could have imagined since there was so much conflicting information out there. Looking back, I did so many silly things like drinking a sip of protein between sets thinking it would help with muscle growth to forcing myself to eat cottage cheese before bed to prevent myself from losing muscle while I slept.
