4360 - My handstand journey began almost 4 years ago. The first 6 months consisted of learning how to fall on my butt and be okay with that. Not minding if I failed. That was harder than the pose itself. Now people often ask me when I got my handstand to look like it looks today. Well the answer is today. It changes every day. But wherever it is today is exactly where it's supposed to be. Every fall has needed to happen. It's all a part of my journey. So next time I fall on my butt, I'll be okay with it. Because it needs to happen for me to get wherever it is that I'm going.
1982 - Tonight I took an amazing yoga class from @bryangwinyoga at our house then had post yoga shenanigans with him behind the camera. What an amazing man, he is. So grateful for his 14 years of friendship 😁❤️
