The idea is that you will be targeting a different part of your tricep by doing them this way. However, you actually do not hit a different part of your tricep by doing this. In fact, you're in a weaker position with an underhand grip which just makes it harder to overload your tricep. - The tricep does have 3 heads and you do need to do different types of exercises to hit all of them. Just know that doing an underhand grip on push downs is not one of them.

2360 - Body weight leg workout that BURN!! I've always been a light weight higher rep kinda girl, this is what I enjoy and what works for me. My mindset towards the gym has changed a little over last few months. It was always about building a bigger BOOOOTAYYY.. I'm now thinking towards more of an over all health kick, focusing more on my nutrition, getting my cardiovascular health to its best, and enjoying longer rest days. Sometimes it can all get a little to serious so I like to take a step back and enjoy the journey for what it has become ☺️🌴💪🏽
