But, if there isn’t solid muscle underneath that layer of fat, there won’t be much to show for it. πŸ₯—πŸ’ͺ🏽 So as you can see abs come in all shapes. Genetics play a big role as to what your abs look like and we all have our weak points! πŸ™ˆ Me personally I try to work my abs twice a week. Abs can be trained in a short amount of time if you work them out efficiently. When you train them think of the muscles that you are engaging; don’t just go through the motions. Don’t be afraid to train abs heavy! πŸ’ͺ🏽To build those muscles, you need to lift heavy too.In summary, to enhance your abdominal workout, abide by these few principles: 1.Exhale upon exertion. 2.Continuously move from one exercise to another, because unlike other muscles in your body that may take a few minutes to fully recover after a set, abdominal muscles recover within seconds. 3.Work the lower part of your abdominal region first, the obliques second, and the upper abdominal region last.
