From a couple days before Ky arrived ===> to her 1st beach day 🌴🙌🏼at exactly 2 weeks old. This babe and this body of mine have undergone some serious transformations. .
Pregnancy is such an incredible journey and can teach you so much about yourself and what you're capable of if you're open to receiving the lessons. .
It's also great conditioning for all the challenges of parenthood. One of the biggest lessons being that you need to practice grace and patience with yourself and the journey you're on. .
Your body will do what it needs to do to support you and the life growing inside you, and the best you can do is eat healthy, exercise if possible(for you), and practice grace and patience for yourself and all the changes you're going through. .
The fog of the past 2 weeks since my c section is beginning to lift, and as I'm facing the challenges with my recovery these "lessons" are only further being cemented. .
Practicing grace and patience everyday. Extend some to yourself today too!!😘💞 .
